英国一家吃在正月

简介: 「英国一家，吃在日本」的故事起始于基于采访的目的，迈克尔·布斯而结识了在巴黎的名门料理学校中努力修行的福德·莱特。某一天，他得到了一本关于日本料理的书籍，并完全被其中的魅力所吸引。无法亲自用舌头感受这些美味的迈克尔，决定与妻子和两个孩子一起赶赴飞机场，飞赴日本。刚到日本的第一个晚上，他们来到了位于新宿的“回忆横丁”，在那里品尝到了类似懒散的蚯蚓似的的“日式酱油炒面”。随后，日本豆腐、日式煎饼、章鱼烧、拉面、芥末、味噌、日本酒等日本所有料理和食材都被这来自于英国的一家吃了一个遍！
