简介: 　21世纪末，由于人类一昧的浪费资源破坏环境，加上被毫无根据的主义主张所怂恿而互相残杀，终究到了面临灭亡的困境。为了避免灭亡，他们所作的选择是利用基因操作，采取强制性的进化方法，预先准备程式而从 DNA产出生命，连性格和适应能力都能掌控。由于人们丧失了恋爱、感情和支配欲，社会因此相当安定，一直到了23世纪，终于确立了完整的基因操作社会…… 　　Bandai Visual在2001年的力作之一。透过近未来的舞台，刻画出科技与人类息息相关的世界观。剧中的两类超有型的机械人设计，一直是动漫的瞩目焦点。
