简介: 事情起源于二十年前。大地隆起，日本的神奈川县在分离之后就被孤立。以后在神奈川出生的少数人就懂得运用阿尔达超能力。阿尔达超能力（Alter）是一种能够将物质分解再构成的力量…… 数马和刘鳯是对立的，因为所属的地方不同。数马是一个为了钱而生活的人，以自己的超能力来为自己获得金钱，从而满足自己的生活。刘鳯是一个为了找寻阿尔达结晶体，为自己的妈妈报仇而加入圣堂/神圣部队（HOLY）的人。圣堂是由阿尔达超能力者组成的警察部队，为了保护没有超能力者、制止超能力犯罪而设立，所以圣堂的人会捕捉周围土生的超能力者。该日数马和刘鳯的相见就是因为圣堂的一次行动而促成…………
