简介: 故事讲述的是距离现代非常遥远的未来——S.D.（Superior Dominance-特殊统治体制，西历3千数百年）的时代，为了拯救环境遭到了严重破坏、徘徊于灭亡边缘的地球，所有人均退居到了殖民星球。人类从出生、成长一直到独立（14岁的那一天被称为“觉醒之日”）均由计算机管理，且被分为“普通人”和“超能力保持者”两大类。大多数超能力保持者在被发觉之前都会出现情绪不稳定的前兆，这样的人就会被单独区分出来教化、处分。但也有一些从这种管理体制中逃脱出来的超能力保持者，他们组成了集团，为了推翻SD体制，与人类和平或武力交流，向着梦想中的美丽地球进发。
