简介: 《最后的棒棒》是全国首部自拍体励志纪实片，影片由重庆“棒棒”何苦通过亲身经历拍摄而成。军官何苦放下钢枪当起“棒棒”，并用真实镜头纪录下当“棒棒”一年的经历，以及他的“棒棒”邻居老黄等人的爱恨情愁。1300元总投入，13集纪实片。从2014年1月到2015年2月一年零一个月时间，何苦在靠着一根棒棒养活自己和摄像的同时，撰稿、解说、编辑一肩挑，甚至包括主题曲演唱都由他本人完成。最简陋的装备，最艰苦的环境，最小的成本投入，他们拍出了“史上最接地气”的纪录片。
