简介: 在《变形金刚：领袖之证》系列动画大结局的最后一战过去数年后，已故的擎天柱的灵魂突然显现并指引着大黄蜂从塞伯坦来到地球以迎接新一轮的挑战: 艾之墓监狱舰在皇冠城附近坠毁，羁押着霸天虎囚犯的休眠舱四散各地。丹尼和罗素父子俩住在皇冠城外，丹尼爱好收集二手机械物品，拥有一大片“废料场”。大黄蜂带领着一队年轻气盛的汽车人 - 循规蹈矩的学警铁腕、叛逆的横炮、自命不凡的恐龙机器钢锁、颇有喜感的迷你金刚黑面神，以该废料场作为基地，在父子俩的协助下，与逃出的霸天虎囚犯展开较量，将他们纷纷缉拿回舱。大黄蜂一行人和丹尼父子在一次次作战中逐渐历练成一支训练有素、深度默契的团队，捍卫着地球的和平。整部动画将延续变形金刚系列所特有的风格，充满着动作场面而不失诙谐，为孩子们带来又一场正义的冒险之旅。
