简介: 故事讲述初代奥特曼世界观，初代奥特曼与宇宙恐龙杰顿战斗结束后，初代返回了故乡M78星云光之国，解除与科学特搜队队员早田的同步融合，早田作为初代奥特曼在地球的人类融合体，过着失去了奥特曼相关记忆后的平静生活。偶然间暮年的早田察觉到因为自己继承了奥特曼的基因，身体产生了超人般的力量，自己的儿子也成了光之基因的遗传者，而此时已长久隐匿的地外生命也开始有所行动。十二年后，早田的儿子早田进次郎成为高中生，过着平凡又超凡的生活。充满杀意的异星来客似乎纷纷为他降临于地球，这位超能力高中生面对战斗与被战斗的唯一抉择。
