简介: 宁宁、刘丹和梁梦真偶然相识后，因共同的爱好组成“蓝狐”美少女组合，乐界资深策划夏天成了她们的教练。就在演出日臻完美、将要出道时，宁宁的父母离婚了，而刘丹的父亲也因破产自杀，粱梦真则遭未婚夫绑架，“蓝狐”面临解散。就在这时，宁宁的父亲宁锋幡然悔悟，来到了女儿身边，三姐妹重新聚在了一起，并在一次演唱比赛中一炮窜红。但现实的残酷远比她们想象来的更快，刚与宁宁擦出火花的夏天被对手打成残废，梁梦真被一个南方老板带走，“蓝狐”彻底解体了。宁锋在女儿的逼问下，说出了夏天的去向，宁宁带着一颗受伤的心，踏上了寻找爱人的征程。
