简介: 靠多年海上走私起家的周氏股东集团，因总经理周志成贪赃枉法而濒临倒闭。家族领头人、当年黑道上声名显赫的龙叔决定以周涛取代周志成，不料他的嫂子李月梅决意不让小儿子周涛接手周氏企业，企图挽救败局的周志成唆使李月梅的长子周海抢夺秦始皇用过的剑。龙叔不许周海再走黑道，而让周海说服他的义妹小玉去接近长她20多岁的财神爷南投老总。周海不愿遵命，决定伙同周志成，背着龙叔，诱骗盗墓大贼宋梁成交宝剑，换取黑钱。
