简介: 68岁的沈梦君最大的兴趣爱好就是跳广场舞，感觉只有在跳舞的时候才能找回青春。在经历了一场诈骗案之后，沈梦君想为女儿买婚房的钱打了水漂，郁闷醉酒后的她，醒来居然回到了二十岁，并被音乐制作人谭子明发现，与自己的孙女欣然组队参加音乐比赛。沈梦君一方面想帮助孙女实现音乐梦想，一方面想拿到奖金给女儿买婚房，斗志昂扬一路过关斩将。沈梦君多年的好友项大海对其一直默默关爱付出，可沈梦君在与谭子明的朝夕相处中逐渐动心，但沈梦君并没有年轻人对于爱情的自信。最后，为了挽救病危的女儿，沈梦君毅然放弃比赛，输血救回女儿。躺在输血床上的沈梦君醒来时，又回到了68岁，虽不再年轻，但她解开了与家人间的心结，也明白了即使到了七十岁，也照样活的精彩。
