简介: 结婚两年的陆婉婷和刘洋赌气离婚，因房产无法分割、房贷压力，且各自不想回父母家住等各种原因，决定各住家里一间，将其余两间出租。为免麻烦，两人商定只租给单身人士，如租客恋爱则必须搬走，又根据自己的生活习惯制定了各项苛刻条款，并不惜降低房租来保证生活质量。经过反复挑选，单纯的男瑜伽教练邓肯和干练的女广告AE胡蝶成为租客。从此以后，藕断丝连的卢婉婷和刘洋与被限制不准谈恋爱的邓肯和胡蝶之间，以及与卢婉婷和刘洋的父母之间、邓肯和胡蝶与各自秘密恋人之间，在单身公寓里演绎出一个个啼笑皆非的故事。
