简介: 从故事中可看出，JOJO每一代故事发生的背景舞台是不同的。荒木对这些舞台的描绘也是十分具有真实感的，好像初代的英伦乡村庄园，中世纪古堡，第二代的三四十年代美国，都是令人信服且别具特色的。第三代所经过的众多国家和城市，荒木对这些地方的风土人情都作了间接而真实的描绘。而第四代是以荒木老师的故乡宫城县做背景参考，塑造了一个真实无比的都市“杜王町”。第五代以荒木老师最喜欢的意大利做背景，描绘了许多艺术与古迹的风采。第六代主要部分以美国监狱为背景，监狱压抑的环境让人屏息，却又充满刺激。第七代以1890年的美国为背景，描述横越美国的故事，表现出当代特有的西部牛仔气氛。第八代回到了第四部《不灭钻石》的舞台杜王町，虽然背景一样，但情节却截然不同。
