简介: 十八世纪初，英国和西班牙舰队称霸海洋之际，另一股大海上势力却在崛起。亡命之徒及叛军集合成海盗，利用抢来的船成群结队，胡作非为。这是海盗的黄金时代，当时最恶名远播的海盗就是爱德华迪奇。1717年，迪奇绰号“黑胡子”，见识过他的恶相和暴行的人视他为魔鬼。他带领目无法纪的海盗船队，准备在美国东岸大干一场，直捣黄龙，攻击英国殖民地政府的心脏。这个决定将令他名利双收，还是为他传奇的海盗生涯划上句号？
