简介: 作为沙漠母亲河、同时也是新疆最不可控、洪水多发性的平原河流新疆南疆叶尔羌河，自古以来给当地百姓带来福祉的同时也带来了水患，建国以来，党和政府与当地各族百姓同呼吸、共命运，特别是老一辈水利工作者在除水患、变水害为水利的治水工作中做出了巨大的贡献和牺牲，2014年叶尔羌河全面启动综合治理世纪工程，新疆以水利建设为代表的民生工程飞速发展，人文类大型纪录片《叶尔羌河》主要拍摄纪录这一系列过程中发生过和正在发生的真实感人故事，纪录时代脉搏，唱响时代精神。
