简介: 故事根据潍坊非物质文化遗产《柳毅传书》这个传说故事改编而成，讲述文昌星下凡转世的12岁英雄少年柳毅，在潍州惩恶扬善，结识了志同道合的朋友失忆的螭娘和力气很大的虎女，三人齐力对抗魔怪，保护潍州城。一次的历险螭娘找回记忆，原来她是北海龙王的公主，柳毅传书北海龙王派兵讨伐阴谋的始作俑者泾河龙王二龙子-痴郎，最后正义一方取得胜利，保护了一方百姓。
