简介: 故事的主角小招是个身价不凡的企业家独生子，因为他被荒川桥上的奇妙女生小珊所救，加上长辈教导他“不求人也不欠人债”的观念，莫名其妙的让他开始了与小珊的交往，同时也开始居住在荒川桥下的日子。不过，荒川区这地方远比市之宫行想像更为怪异，大部分居民正是被社会认定为带着疯狂幻想的“电波族”。小招的这段非日常生活在鬼才监督新房昭之的加工之下成为了一个个让人捧腹不已的恶搞故事，非常适合在闲暇之时放松心情。
