简介: 治病救人、救死扶伤是医务工作者的不二职责。可是，当医院利益、医生待遇等私心杂念让白衣天使迷失本心时，医院何尝不是通往地狱入口的危险陷阱……23岁的护士小葵（石原里美饰）在日本某屈指可数的大医院急诊科工作了3年。秀逗的小葵在工作中总是麻烦不断，由于一件突发事件，小葵被调到了下属分院的内科就职。全新的工作环境让小葵倍感陌生，这里虽然没有各种接连不断的重大急诊，但仍要面对各种身心俱疲的病人们。新医院的医生只把医院效益和自己的待遇视为第一，根本不把提高医术、治病救人放在心上。这般现实功利的风气令小葵困惑不已。热心的小葵依然按照自己的方式帮助着病患，她的热情和执著也感染了身边的每一个人……
