简介: 该剧讲述末代皇帝溥仪的御厨赵亮邦的传奇人生，此人醉心厨道，性情耿直。1924年，国民军吴宏山部占领了皇城，溥仪皇帝被逼出宫前下了最后一道圣旨：将诸秀宫宫女陶宜蓉赐予御厨赵亮邦为妻。乱世多劫难，出了皇宫的赵亮邦和师兄弟董家瑞、关少被掳掠到奉系军阀的兵营做伙夫，几经波折逃出生天，师兄弟三人从此走上了不同的道路。他三次从军颇具戏剧性，第一次是被迫，第二次是被陷害，第三次则是主动从军。
