简介: 关东门，一个结庐百年的隐世门派，一场武林纷争，险些绝迹武林。某日，精明老头六世祖李世真与门派首徒李逍陆一路逃亡行至逍遥镇聚贤街，意外帮助与女儿相依为命的酒馆老板娘徐二娘化解了一场江湖危机，徐二娘借机与二位豪杰携手合作，阴差阳错之下，昔日酒馆变成了武馆，又因连遭踢馆险些灭门，武馆又变成了医馆。在二位师弟令人“智熄”的操作下，本该热热闹闹的开业庆典引发了一场塌天大祸，关东门人成为武林公敌。在开设医馆的过程中，关东门人结交了各路英雄豪杰和武林奇葩，凭借半吊子的医疗方法歪打正着的救治了一个又一个江湖怪客，上演了一出又一出滑稽搞笑的武林闹剧。在鸡飞狗跳，啼笑皆非的搞笑日常里，一个深深隐藏的惊天秘密也逐渐浮出水面。
