简介: 明代皇室的秘室里，内阁大学士取出先帝钦命摄政王的遗诏准备在五位皇叔中宣布，却被一蒙面怪客刺死，遗诏被夺走。京城捕头铁中英受命侦破此案。不料不久有望成为摄政王的济州王、汝南王、洛阳王皆一一中丹顶红之毒而亡。在彩云的配合下，铁中英几经与长沙王、端州王以及蒙面怪客斗智斗勇，最后发现蒙面怪客是端州王的总管周峰。铁中英怒杀了毒死三位王爷的真凶长沙王，然而得到摄政王一位的端州王又在进行新的阴谋，铁愤怒的辞官离......
