简介: 解放初期，国民党在大陆的残余部队逃入猛河藏区。为剿除这些残敌，我方战士陈少华（刘莲池饰）率领工作团进驻猛河，要求猛河土司罗布单增（朱丹西饰）帮助政府。而此时的敌方特务也在进行破坏活动，从而离间藏族和解放军的关系。陈少华针对特务的破坏，一方面劝说罗布单增支持共产党；另一方面对特务阴谋活动侦察取证。最终使罗布单增恍然大悟，分清是非黑白。配合我军一举歼灭了这股国民党残匪。
