简介: 1914年至1918年，欧洲持续内战，战争爆发仅一年时间，死亡人数便激增至200万人，更有无数人遭毒气残害，或被机关枪击中，或因炮袭致残，以致痛苦终生。1916年，随着凡尔登战役和索姆河战役的爆发，欧洲内战趋于白热化。参战双方均认为，只有加强炮袭的力度才能打破僵局，改变局势， 20世纪因而笼上一层末日的阴霾——伏尸百万，流血千里，生灵涂炭，民不聊生。然而这场战争的结果又是如何？胜利？失败？抑或只是虚空一场？就让我们来看看，上帝在这卷“末日启示录”中留给人类的到底是什么……
