简介: 杨贵：红旗渠建设总指挥部政委 1959年6月13日杨贵带着一个调查组，翻山越岭来到了和林县毗邻的山西省平顺县和另外两个调查组一样。杨贵率领的队伍是来为林县找水的位于山西与河南交界处的浊漳河主河段全长一百二公里，不仅有着十分充沛的水量且平均海拔比林县要高。如此情形让杨贵欣喜万分一个大胆而宏伟的想法，开始在他的心中酝酿1960年2月11日农历正月十五元宵节，当东方天际朝霞初现之时，林县县城已经是人声鼎沸三万七千林县人扛着工具挑着行李推着锅灶，向晋冀豫三省交界的浊漳河汇集“引漳入林”水利工程
